We are seeking an experienced AVP Human Resources to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and building a strong HR Operations Team, managing HRMS, and developing HR strategies, policies, and operations for the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Building and leading a strong HR Operations Team
Interacting frequently with the US Office
Leading HR Operations for the organization
Managing the HRMS and building dashboards and HR MIS
Conducting HR data analytics and presenting findings to management
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
MBA with 8 to 10 years of HR experience
Prior experience interacting with US teams
Background in the IT Software industry
Handson experience with HRMS
Proven HR leadership experience
