The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Account Executive to join a missiondriven sales team scaling a franchise network across the U.S. You’ll handle the entire sales process, from lead to close, and play a vital role in a brand that’s growing nationwide.
What You’ll Do
Own the endtoend sales cycle from discovery to closing
Convert inbound leads and prospect for new business
Guide clients through highimpact franchise opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpotSalesforce)
Collaborate with marketing and leadership on messaging and pitch strategy
Share insights to optimize the gotomarket playbook
What You Bring
2–3+ years as a closer in fullcycle sales (B2C or franchise experience is a bonus)
Native or fluent Arabic and English communication
A consultative sales approach with strong closing instincts
CRM fluency and disciplined pipeline tracking
Ability to work independently in a remote ESThour schedule
