Ironhack is a global tech school that helps companies and individuals close the digital skills gap through immersive, outcomesdriven education.

We’re looking for a Head of B2BB2G Delivery to lead the strategy, systems, and performance of Ironhack’s global B2B program delivery. You’ll lead and empower a team of delivery managers, instructors, and operational staff to ensure we exceed client expectations, scale efficiently, and maintain exceptional learning outcomes, including programs funded through publicsector and government initiatives.

🔧 What You’ll Own

• Delivery Strategy: Define and evolve Ironhack’s B2B delivery model across modalities (remote, onsite, hybrid) and markets.

• Team Leadership: Manage and scale a highperforming delivery team, including a unit focused on governmentfunded programs, grants, and public tenders.

• Quality & Outcomes: Ensure toptier learner experiences, client satisfaction (NPS), and careeraligned outcomes.

• Operational Scale: Build and optimize systems for cohort planning, staffing, tooling, and reporting across private and publicsector programs. Operation focus: optimising with automation and continuous process improvement

• Understand customer and project requirements and establish processes for wellfunctioning delivery through improvements and automation.

• Data insights: know how to read data and create action plans based on these inputs, working with the internal team or other stakeholders

• CrossFunctional Alignment: Work with Sales, Product, Education, and Legal to ensure compliant and scalable delivery that meets the standards of both enterprise clients and government partners.

    ✅ You Bring

    • 5+ years in program delivery, B2B operations, or services leadership
      

    • Proven experience leading or delivering governmentfunded, upskilling, or reskilling programs
      

    • Experience managing distributed, crossfunctional teams
      

    • Operational mindset with strong systems thinking and data fluency (salesforce, metabase, sql, etc)
      

    • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
      

    • • Familiarity with publicsector processes: RFPs, compliance reporting, and grant execution
        

      • Background in adult education, bootcamps, or tech training
