【 About the Vesta 】

Vesta is a volunteer group with a mission to bring pure love to people, pets, and planet, established by founder/CEO of Tomofun, Victor Chang. In 2015, it officially became the Tomofun CSR team, continuing to expand its influence through corporate power. 

Over the past 17 years, Vesta has been dedicated to organizing volunteers to build homes in the slums of the Philippines jungles. To date, Vesta has led over 1,000+ volunteers in activities supporting 10,000+ underprivileged families. 

In 2024, Vesta was officially registered as the “Vesta Association” (友家公益行動協會) — Our goal is to create a trustworthy and easily accessible volunteer action platform — offering diverse participation programs that allow everyone to find their way to volunteer, providing education around various issues and challenges, and making an impact on vulnerable kids, stray animals, and marine environmental protection. 

【 About the role 】

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Vesta Association and help us bring our vision to life: Giving Loving Homes to PEOPLE, PETS, & PLANET by EMPOWERING VOLUNTEERS. 

In this role, you’ll lead digital marketing efforts that make a lasting impact, creating strategies that inspire action, build our brand, and grow our volunteer base. With your expertise in social media, branding, and performance optimization, you’ll elevate our mission and position Vesta as the go-to organization for those who want to give back. You’ll lead a small team, working alongside passionate individuals, and have the chance to innovate, create, and see the tangible results of your efforts in real time.

【 Who you are 】

• A creative, data-driven digital marketing expert with 5+ years of experience, skilled in using social media, ads, and branding to inspire and engage.
• Experienced in managing social media platforms, ad campaigns, branding strategies, and performance optimization.
• Data-driven, with a knack for using performance analytics to continuously improve and optimize campaigns.
• A passionate storyteller who is enthusiastic about making a positive impact through marketing and community engagement.
• A collaborative and open-minded leader, experienced in managing and mentoring teams, fostering a mission-driven environment.
• Aligned with Vesta’s mission to serve People, Pets, and the Planet, committed to creating a positive social impact.

【 Who you’ll do 】

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and position Vesta Association as a leading volunteer organization.
• Create and manage impactful social media campaigns, optimize ad spend, and ensure strategies drive volunteer participation.
• Leverage data and analytics to enhance marketing performance, continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness across all digital channels.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and creativity.
• Collaborate with other teams to plan, budget, and execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and mission.
• Oversee budget planning and allocation for digital marketing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources while staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
