You will:

Quality control of text and voice communications in regions based on existing check lists.

Collection, systematisation, and analysis of assessment data in regions.

Provide feedback on team and individual performance in terms of quality control

Conducting individual training sessions for managers team leaders in the regions.

Participation in the grading process for support managers.
