Spoke Custom is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the Print on Demand industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity for early-career professionals with prior SDR experience (2-3 years max) to contribute to our growth by identifying and qualifying leads for our Business Development team.

As a Sales Development Representative at Spoke Custom, you will play a crucial role in our sales and business development efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and qualify leads for our Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in sales and gain valuable experience in a remote work environment.

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES

• Outbound Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to identify and engage potential leads.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, pain points, and fit for our solutions.
• Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads through effective communication and follow-up.
• Database Management: Keep accurate records of lead interactions and status in our CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate our value proposition.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of prior Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience required.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is required. 
• Willingness to work in EST hours for team alignment. 

Residency Requirements: 

Must be located in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Washington, or Utah.
