Primary Purpose
The Project Coordinator will support the Marketing Department by developing project presentation materials, coordinating scheduling, and documenting project progression. This role is critical to ensuring timely execution of deliverables, clear communication with stakeholders, and efficient tracking of projects through the rebrand initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate project scheduling; set deadlines and track due dates.
Develop project presentation materials and documentation.
Manage project requests from intake to completion, collaborating with internal creative agency and stakeholders.
Triaging emails and responding promptly to ensure smooth workflow.
Enter data into project management systems and maintain accurate records.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and project updates as needed.
Support the organization's quality programs and contribute to continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Location: 100% Remote (must work EST hours: 9am–5pm).
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
Experience: 2–4 years of related experience in project coordination or marketing operations, including request updates, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of web technologies; experience with project management systems.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; proactive self-starter able to work with minimal supervision; effective team collaborator; adaptable to changing priorities.
