Job description

What do we do?

Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of paymentsrelated apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.

We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 5000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.

What youll do:

Lead with Vision and Strategy

  • Lead and scale our Product Design team as we continue to grow, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative, highperforming culture

  • Drive design strategy that aligns with business objectives and delivers exceptional customer experiences across our product portfolio

    • CrossFunctional Leadership

      • Partner closely with Product & Engineering teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from concept to launch

      • Champion design thinking across the organization, influencing product roadmaps and strategic decisions

        • Deliver Impact

          • Focus relentlessly on customer and business outcomes, using data and user insights to inform design decisions and measure success

          • Craft worldclass customer experiences that delight users and drive meaningful business results
