YouTube & Podcast Marketing Manager

📍 Remote | 🕐 FullTime | 🌎 Must Overlap with U.S. Eastern Time

We’re looking for a strategic and handson YouTube & Podcast Marketing Manager to take the lead in expanding our audience through video, audio, and digital content. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of branded content—from podcast guest booking to YouTube SEO to social promotion—turning every episode into a growth opportunity.

🔍 What You’ll Own

  • Lead the endtoend guest pipeline for our podcast: outreach, scheduling, communication

  • Develop and execute YouTube strategies that prioritize SEO, thumbnails, retention, and engagement

  • Run organic and paid campaigns on social media to promote content across platforms

  • Create branded assets in Canva or Photoshop for video, podcast, and social channels

  • Write and distribute weekly newsletters to engage and grow our subscriber base

  • Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback; iterate content strategy accordingly

  • Manage HubSpot CRM data and reporting tied to campaign performance
