Summary

The Benefits Manager will shape and scale our global benefits programs to support a diverse, distributed workforce. You’ll lead the design and launch of new benefits initiatives, manage renewals, build strong partnerships with vendors, and ensure operational excellence across all benefitsrelated processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can operate at both the high level and in the details—balancing crossfunctional collaboration, datadriven decisionmaking, and a passion for innovation in the future of work. You’ll also serve as a trusted advisor, supporting both internal stakeholders and clients in navigating complex benefits landscapes that align with Deel’s global mission.
