Job description

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & GEO Strategy

  • Develop and execute a fullfunnel SEO and GEO roadmap targeting decisionmakers, teams, and developers.

  • Identify and capture intentdriven keywords across verticals (e.g. legal, healthcare, sales, AI builders).

  • Optimize for emerging discovery channels such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and AIpowered search.

    • OnPage & Technical SEO

      • Own onpage optimization for landing pages, product features, use case pages, and developer docs.

      • Implement structured data, schema, site performance improvements, and scalable internal linking strategies.

      • Ensure crawlability, indexability, and high technical hygiene across all web properties.

        • AIPowered Content Operations

          • Work with the Content, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to create SEOrich, AIenhanced content.

          • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer SEO) to scale ideation, briefs, outlines, and variant testing.

          • Implement programmatic SEO and AIassisted workflows to generate longtail, highintent content at scale.

            • International SEO

              • Support geoexpansion through multilanguage, multiregion SEO and localization best practices.

              • Build scalable templates and guidelines for SEO localization in core markets (e.g. US, EU, JP).

                • Performance Analytics & Optimization

                  • Define and track SEO KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, domain authority).

                  • Use tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to monitor and optimize performance.

                  • Regularly report on SEO performance and drive iteration based on what converts—not just what ranks.

                    • Qualifications:

                      • 3+ years of SEO experience, with proven success in B2B PLG SaaS or developerfacing platforms.

                      • Deep understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and AIpowered content creation workflows.

                      • Experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies and tools.

                      • Proficient in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Surfer SEO, Notion AI, and ChatGPT.

                      • Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills (Product Marketing, DevRel, Growth, Content).

                      • Bonus: experience with JAMstack, Webflow, Markdownbased docs, and API documentation optimization.
