Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Time Tracking & Time Off)
Location: Pan India
Experience: Minimum 7 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities
  • Minimum 7 years of handson SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration experience.
  • Proven expertise in Time Tracking (Employee Central Time Management) and Time Off Leave Management (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, time management compliance, and statutory timerelated regulations.
  • Ability to configure business rules, workflows, Manage Data Framework (MDF) objects, and custom fields.
  • Experience with integrations involving SAP ECC S4HANA, middleware (e.g., SAP PIPO, CPI), or thirdparty systems.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into technicalconfiguration solutions.
  • Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications (preferred).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
