This is a remote position.

Job Title: Support Engineer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team. You'll work directly with our client to support users, build custom integrations, and contribute to new feature development.

Job Details:
Full-time role: 9 hours/day from 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST
Remote work, asynchronous communication
Expected to be active on Gather.town throughout the workday
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Build custom integrations for users using n8n or Node.js
Troubleshoot workflow issues and communicate directly with users
Provide technical support for the application
Write clear and helpful documentation for frequently asked questions
In your spare time, collaborate with the founder to build and launch new features

Required Skills:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Expert in n8n
Proficient in Node.js / JavaScript
Experience building with AI tools and technologies

Nice to Have:
Experience with Cursor or Claude Code
Familiarity with React / Next.js
Knowledge of PostgreSQL
Experience with Drizzle ORM
