Job description

Purpose:
Support CoreOps by building out and optimizing our HubSpot CRM—making it organized, searchable, and effective for managing client data and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and structure HubSpot CRM for ease of use by the team (properties, contact lists, pipelines, tagging).
• Build and maintain clean, searchable contact lists and segments.
• Implement workflows, templates, and properties to streamline data entry and reporting.
• Ensure CRM is consistently updated, accessible, and tools are in place for smooth tracking.
• Support staff in navigating/using HubSpot as needed.
Ideal Profile:
• Experienced with HubSpot CRM setup and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient at data hygiene - cleaning imports, ensuring consistency.
• Proactive in setup and documentation, making tools easy to use for others.
• Bonus: Prior experience working in financial services or tech-support environments.
