CommandCentral CAD teams are responsible for building cloud hosted products that streamlines the capture, correlation and real-time distribution of mission-critical information for improved dispatch decision-making, increased responder awareness and safety as well as smart and context aware information retrieval. The team is responsible for an end to end software development life-cycle that includes development, testing and maintenance of the systems we build.
As a Technical Manager, you will lead scrum teams responsible for development and maintenance of Computer Aided Dispatch software. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills. You will lead the definition of engineering requirements, architecture, establish processes and engage in planning of engineering deliverables for the team.
The main Tech Stack For The Project: C#, Angular, Python, Relational & Non Relational Databases, k8s, Microsoft Azure, Event Processing, Distributed Data Processing, Agile & Scrum
Proven experience in leading software development teams (2 years or more)
Practical experience in developing moderate size software systems
Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle (cloud software)
Practical experience in programming large systems
Problem solver - able to work under minimal supervision
A great team player
Good verbal and written English communication.
Would be a plus:
An experience in managing the end to end software lifecycle
Experience with developing applications using public cloud (Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure)
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related fields.
