We are on the hunt for our next ambitious Client Relationship Specialist. The right person will be motivated to be the best in digital advertising, love exploring the newest strategies, and enjoy sharing this knowledge with account managers and clients.

Our clients demand performance, and so do we. We are highly analytical and work diligently to determine the right mix of ad placement, platform, technical approach, target, message, and call-to-action to scale our clients to the next level.

This position is focused on building strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping manage a variety of digital marketing initiatives. You’ll participate in strategy discussions, support scaling efforts, and work closely with account managers and technical teams to execute campaigns successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or video in a professional and timely manner

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients

  • Support client-facing strategy discussions to improve conversions and results

  • Coordinate with account managers, creative, and technical teams to execute campaigns

  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and billing for assigned accounts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns and improve processes

  • Ensure every client interaction is positive, respectful, and solutions-oriented

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of customer service, account management, or client-facing experience (remote experience a plus)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM systems, digital platforms, and reporting tools

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for marketing and enabling technology

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable, adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven

  • Passion for providing excellent client experiences

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Full-time (minimum 40 hours per week)

  • No weekends required (unless otherwise scheduled)
