The Client Services Director serves as a strategic liaison between the client services and sales teams, driving client retention and growth through exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This role is responsible for developing account plans, delivering proposals, and achieving sales revenue goals while fostering long-term client partnerships. The position reports to the Managing Director of North America and requires regular travel for client meetings.
