This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are ready to assist Finnishspeaking clients with their inquiries in a friendly and effective manner.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to Finnishspeaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and account issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver timely and efficient solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective followup.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service and improve overall client experience.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and actively contribute to discussions to enhance customer support.
  • Stay updated on product information to provide relevant and accurate details to clients.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an asset.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong problemsolving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
      • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
