Web Production Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Web Production Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of web-based projects. This is a hybrid role that brings together technical direction, people management, and process oversight. You'll lead a cross-functional team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality digital products.

As part of a growing team, you'll help shape both day-to-day operations and long-term development practices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with strategic team leadership.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership

• Guide and manage a multidisciplinary team of developers and designers.
• Organize and prioritize tasks based on timelines, workload, and business goals.
• Support professional growth through mentoring and feedback.
• Foster an environment built on ownership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
• Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on progress and team performance.

Project Management

• Coordinate the development of web interfaces, interactive pages, and digital content.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and ensure clear project handover.
• Track deadlines, manage resources, and adjust plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Anticipate and address potential challenges before they become blockers.
• Validate outputs for consistency, usability, and adaptability across platforms and devices.

Technical Oversight

• Encourage use of scalable, modern web development approaches.
• Support the implementation of reusable components, coding standards, and documentation.
• Identify and recommend tools or systems that improve development workflows or quality.
• Ensure data tracking and analytics components are integrated where needed.
• Partner with technical stakeholders to troubleshoot and maintain development environments.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in web development or digital production, with leadership experience in a team setting.
• Strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with modern frameworks, deployment workflows, and CMS platforms.
• Comfortable managing cross-functional projects from planning through launch.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Familiarity with agile workflows, version control systems, and QA practices.
• English level: strong intermediate or higher – ability to confidently participate in video calls and communicate with the team
