Position Summary:
This individual is responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for Virtual Event / Webcasting services covering virtual events for small to large, multi-day, multi-track, online hosted events for internal and external participants. This capability provides a full suite of webinar white glove services (webcast platform, executive audio conferencing and on-demand pre-recorded content sharing) for conferences, client, executive and employee events for various LOBs in the Enterprise.
Creates the vision and roadmap for Virtual Event / Webcasting services based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain
Modernize / upgrade the systems to address various lifecycle risks, drive focus on support model enhancements and improve customer satisfaction.
Defines and drives strategy for production adoption across the enterprise
Defines and prioritizes deliverables for the virtual events space, balancing features delivery with risk reduction/remediation.
Collaborates with LOBs, cross-functional stakeholders, and with other CAP Products Owners to understand their needs, ensure they are aligned on priorities to achieve portfolio objectives
Supports and collaborates with the Portfolio Product Executive on financials throughout delivery
Maintains oversight on delivery to ensure timely and relevant outcomes
Drives continual service improvement based on data /metrics and user feedback
Collaborates with automation teams to delivery self-service capabilities and service enhancements.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience with Virtual Events / Webcasting preferred
