We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to drive HR strategy, team engagement, and operational excellence. This role requires someone experienced in managing remote, multicultural teams and passionate about building a thriving company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment and onboarding for international hires

• Develop training programs and continuous learning initiatives

• Oversee performance management systems and KPIs

• Foster engagement, resolve conflicts, and support culture-building

• Implement HR policies tailored to remote operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years HR/People Ops experience with remote, startup teams

• Skilled in hiring, training, and performance tracking

• Strong communicator across diverse cultures

• Comfortable innovating and improving HR processes in a fast-paced environment
