About the Role 
We're looking for a Director of Field Marketing who excels in turning go to market strategy into actionable marketing programs that drive new logo and cross-sell pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and strengthen Cority's awareness in priority markets. This high-energy marketing professional will partner closely with sales, business development, partner, and global marketing teams. We're seeking someone who thrives on finding new and innovative ways to connect with buyers and customers

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Strategy & Alignment 
  • Participate in developing regional marketing strategy in partnership with sales leadership, then translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing programs and strategies to achieve new logo and cross-sell pipeline goals. 
  • Participate in territory planning, providing market insights and aligning campaigns to priority accounts and segments. 

  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth 
  • Lead multi-channel programs (events, digital, ABM, partner marketing) to drive net-new pipeline and accelerate active opportunities. 
  • Blend inbound and outbound approaches for maximum market impact. 
  • Drive a testing and learning culture, continuously experimenting with new channels, messaging, and tactics to optimize performance and achieve measurable impact. 

  • Account-Based Marketing 
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to develop targeted ABM plays for top accounts. 
  • Deliver personalized, multi-touch campaigns to engage executive stakeholders and buying committees. 
  • Design and execute customer cross-sell marketing strategies that identify expansion opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts. 

  • Sales Enablement & Support 
  • Equip sales teams with tools, messaging, and resources to convert leads into opportunities. 
  • Regularly communicate marketing plans and performance to ensure alignment. 
  • Translate strategic marketing initiatives into practical, actionable tactics that sales teams can immediately implement. 

  • Program Execution & Optimization 
  • Work seamless with the rest of the marketing team on the execution of campaigns from planning to post-mortem, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met. 
  • Analyze program performance using data-driven insights and recommend improvements that deliver measurable business impact. 
  • Continuously innovate and test new approaches to buyer engagement, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration 
  • Work with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure regional initiatives are on-brand and aligned with corporate priorities. 
  • Partner with partner/channel teams to launch co-marketing campaigns that expand market reach. 

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing or demand generation in a SaaS or technology company. 
  • Solid understanding of ABM strategy, sales alignment, multi-channel campaign execution, and customer cross-sell marketing
  • High energy with strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to influence across sales, marketing, and partner teams. 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and other customer engagement platforms.  
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in testing and learning methodologies and ability to translate results into actionable insights. 
  • Strategic thinker who excels at tactical execution with proven ability to bridge corporate objectives and field-level implementation. 
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication skills
