Position: Business Development Lifecycle Solutions Advisor

As a Business Development Lifecycle Solutions Advisor at PlanITROI, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and building strategic partnerships. You will present our life-cycle value recovery model, showing clients how to maximize the return on their retired IT assets—turning them into funding sources for critical business initiatives. You will also play a key role in positioning and selling refurbished devices from leading manufacturers such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, and more.

We are seeking a dynamic business development hunter with a proven track record in business development, sales execution, governance, networking, and strategy. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with mid-to-large enterprise clients, channel partners, or value-added resellers, along with experience selling computing hardware and related services such as deployments, repairs, upgrades, trade-ins, life-cycle programs, and managed services.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Share the PlanITROI story and demonstrate the value of our life-cycle recovery model.
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, industry leaders, and strategic partners.
  • Proactively identify and respond to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for target contacts and prospects.
  • Deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations to prospects and clients.
  • Manage all sales and marketing activities within Salesforce.
  • Build and grow a strong portfolio of enterprise and reseller contacts.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans, including quotas, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Develop and market new service offerings, positioning PlanITROI as the market leader in value-added recovery services.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Requirements

  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in medium-to-large enterprises (hardware deployments/re-deployments, ITAD, depot repair services).
  • Ability to identify and source off-lease products for purchase.
  • Proven experience driving 10%+ year-over-year new business growth.
  • Strong passion for networking and business development.
  • Experience managing a prospecting pipeline within Salesforce.
  • Skilled in delivering complex sales presentations, including AI-enhanced and data-driven presentations, with clarity and impact.
  • Demonstrated success in executing strategic sales plans, quotas, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Extensive experience responding to RFPs and building proactive proposals.
  • Ability to leverage industry associations, referrals, and thought leadership (articles, presentations, etc.) to drive growth.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $85,000-$120.000 annually with performance-based incentives, bonuses, and commission opportunities. PlanITROI offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.
