Job Summary
This position will work strategically with our Independent Brokerage producers to develop, execute, and monitor business plans to achieve sales growth objectives. They will be responsible to recruit and develop new producers that align with the OneAmerica and ILFS values. In addition, they will collaborate with Marketing and Sales Support to deploy resources to achieve the two objectives above.
