Responsibilities
  • Engage with Frenchspeaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to develop and maintain positive relationships.
  • Address inquiries regarding products and services while providing personalized and friendly support.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve client issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and build loyalty.
  • Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system for comprehensive tracking and followup.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and client relationship strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling based on understanding client needs.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to effectively relay relevant information to clients.
