Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a position for a French Speaking Customer Care Agent. We are searching for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and fluent in French to assist our Frenchspeaking clientele.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Frenchspeaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about products and services to give wellinformed advice and support.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance customer service practices and outcomes.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
      • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Able to resolve customer issues effectively and maintain satisfaction.
      • Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
