Job Role: Virtual Assistant

Compensation range: $1,500 AUD $1,800 AUD Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detailoriented and adaptable Virtual Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to review footage from AI cameras installed in vehicles and accurately categorize driver behavior.

The AI camera system already performs about 90% of the detection work, but you will review flagged footage to make the final determination—such as identifying if the driver is falling asleep, using a mobile phone, or engaging in other unsafe driving behaviors.

When not reviewing footage, you will assist with other VA tasks such as basic SEO work, content creation, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review AIdetected driving incidents and verify accuracy.
  • Categorize driver behavior (e.g., drowsiness, phone usage, unsafe maneuvers) according to predefined guidelines.
  • Identify false positives flagged by the AI system and clear them.
  • Flag and report serious incidents for further investigation.
  • Maintain organized records of reviewed footage and classifications.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for footage review and reporting.
  • Communicate findings clearly to the team.
  • Perform SEOrelated tasks, such as keyword research, updating website metadata, and basic onpage optimization.
  • Create, edit, or format content for blog posts, social media, and other channels.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, email management, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve review processes and VA workflows.

      • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
      • Comfortable performing a mix of repetitive review tasks and creativeadministrative work.
      • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet required deadlines
      • Maintain high standards of Information Security management and confidentiality
        • Nice to Have:

          • Basic knowledge of SEO tools and content creation.
          • Previous experience as a VA or in data review.
            • Work Arrangement & Expectations:

              This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

              To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

              • Be available for meetings and collaboration during core [AEST or PHT] business hours
              • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
              • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
