Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and business users to gather, analyze and document the functional requirements and steps for the project.
- Support in the areas of Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, administration, reporting, data migration, and solution design and project coordination.
- Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ ExactTarget implementation for the enterprise, including multiple business units troubleshooting and leverage out of the box Salesforce solutions.
- Help in updating Micro service by testing multiple scenarios in Marketing cloud using Postman.
- Review, query, pull and upload files from data warehouse/main database, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe transfer and storage of confidential and personal data.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Technical Teams, Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing, Analytics, Web Operations, Legal, and Marketing. Enhance the custom preference center by adding new features like multiple languages.
- Troubleshoot issues and support business with Ampscript, HTML, CSS, SQL Queries, File Transfers, JavaScript, API’s etc.
- Work on Email campaign setup using landing pages, Automation Studio, Journey builder, Content Builder and Contact Builder.
- The position requires 5% of the duties to be completed at the worksite located at 11801 Domain Blvd, 3rd Floor, Austin, TX 78758. May be asked to relocate to unanticipated worksites.
Requires:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline
- 30 months of experience as a Salesforce marketing cloud with Email studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile studio, Mobile push and Ad studio
- 30 months of experience with developing SQL
- 30 months of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- 30 months of experience with AMPScript, Marketing Cloud SOAP APIs, Marketing Cloud REST APIs, and integrating external systems with Marketing cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
- 5% of travel will occur at the worksite which is located at 11801 Domain Blvd, 3rd Floor, Austin, TX 78758.
