The Network Solutions product marketing team is seeking a results-driven UI/UX Designer who thrives on creating digital experiences that convert. 
This role is for someone who blends strong visual design skills with direct response thinking, crafting high-performing landing pages, funnels, and user flows that drive measurable business growth. This role combines hands-on interface design, user experience strategy, and deep collaboration with cross-functional teams to create seamless, customer-focused journeys aimed at driving customer acquisition and conversion.  

You will work across SaaS platforms, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and e-commerce environments, applying data, behavioral insights, UX best practices and design thinking philosophy to optimize pre- and post-shopping cart experiences that turn visitors into customers. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong stakeholder management skills, high emotional intelligence, and situational awareness to navigate diverse perspectives and drive alignment. 

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.  

  • Create intuitive, visually engaging, and accessible user interfaces for SaaS products and e-commerce sites, ensuring design systems are consistent across platforms. 

  • Develop and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, focusing on improving acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention across pre- and post-shopping cart experiences. 

  • Apply design thinking principles to empathize with users, define problems, ideate solutions, prototype designs, and test to iterate for continuous improvement. 

  • Produce detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly and gather stakeholder and user feedback early in the development process. 

  • Create detailed user personas and customer profiles to guide design and strategy decisions. 

  • Partner with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives and user needs. 

  • Manage stakeholder expectations effectively by communicating design rationale and facilitating collaborative decision-making. 

  • Collaborate with content and development teams to design and implement digital experiences in Adobe Experience Manager, including templates, components, and content structures. 

  • Conduct usability testing, user research, and analytics reviews to identify pain points and validate design solutions. 

  • Explain design rationale and decisions clearly, using business metrics, design principles, and user data to align stakeholders and support iterative improvements. 

  • Enhance site navigation, product detail pages, checkout processes, and post-purchase touchpoints to maximize customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. 

  • Maintain and evolve style guides, component libraries, and brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive digital experience. 

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 

  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally in SaaS and/or e-commerce environments with a strong focus onhigh-conversion, direct responseprinciples. 

  • Proven track record designing and optimizinglanding pages, funnels, and conversion-focused user flowsthat drive measurable business results. 

  • Proficiency in Figma, MS Office, OSX and Jira or similar project management tools. 

  • Hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a design or implementation capacity. 

  • Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, responsive design,conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices, and design thinking methodology. 

  • Experience designing for both desktop and mobile environments. 

  • Demonstrated experience creating user personas and mapping customer journeys. 

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills, UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and e-commerce or SaaS project work andexamples of projects where design directly improved conversion performance. 

  • Ability to balance business goals, brand guidelines, and user needs in design decisions. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile or cross-functional teams. 

  • High emotional intelligence and situational awareness to navigate complex stakeholder environments effectively. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams. 

  • Familiarity with Tableau and Adobe Analytics to inform data-driven design decisions. 

  • Experience with personalization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization tools. 

  • A strategic mindset that blends creativity with business acumen. 

  • Passion for crafting exceptional user experiences that drive measurable business results. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.
