POSITION SUMMARY:
This individual will serve as a versatile marketing generalist and production assistant, supporting a wide range of nonspecialized marketing requests and initiatives. While this position primarily supports marketing efforts tied to World Relief’s Church Product, it will also play a flexible role across other product channels such as Events and Conferences, Disaster Response, and others, depending on strategic priorities.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the Project Manager on the intake and crosschannel marketing requests involving general content and digital requests using Asana project management software.
Serve as a firstline content and digital creator for Church Product marketing needs, facilitating creative asset production, digital content coordination, and internal team handoffs.
Support production of nonspecialized digital content, including email copy drafts, basic Canva assets, basic HubSpot updates, etc.
Collaborate with the Content, Design, and Digital subteams to ensure timely delivery of channelrelated collateral.
Partner with team leads to prioritize requests based on alignment with broader product channel goals, resource availability, and urgency.
Provide supplemental marketing support during major campaigns, emergency response, conferences, and seasonal donor engagement initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency, ethical storytelling, and donorjourneyaligned messaging in all outputs.
Maintain uptodate familiarity with World Relief’s brand voice, The Path messaging, and donor personas to deliver content that resonates and converts.
