Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Training Manager will focus on hands-on, in-the-field training—primarily through ride-alongs and group training sessions—to develop high-performing sales and service teams across all markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring our local teams consistently deliver best-in-class customer experiences and achieve revenue goals.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on trainer with a passion for developing people through direct observation, real-time feedback, and collaborative group learning. They will be energized by spending time in the field and on the road, working side-by-side with teams to elevate their performance.
