What you will do
As the AI Lead, you will play a key role in developing and integrating AI-powered solutions that enhance CoreMedia's platform and help shape our AI product strategy. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software developers, designers, partner and customers to identify AI opportunities that can improve product functionality, streamline operations, and create new, monetizable AI tools.

  • Analyze AI market trends, technologies, customer and partner feedback, and internal processes to develop our AI strategy and solutions that add value to CoreMedia's platform.
  • Lead the exploration and delivers prototype demos of AI-driven product solutions and work with product managers and cross-functional teams to define AI features that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Support the implementation of AI features into the product and make sure they integrate seamlessly into CoreMedia’s product offerings.
  • Identify and implement AI tools that enhance product management, software development, and design processes across teams.
  • Mentor and guide AI engineers to develop innovative, scalable AI products that align with CoreMedia’s strategic objectives.
What you bring
  • Proven experience in AI product development, preferably in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of how AI can enhance product management, software development, and design processes.
  • Experience in collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
  • Ability to transform business needs into AI-driven products that provide measurable value to customers.
  • Solid technical expertise (3-5 years) in AI tools, machine learning frameworks, and automation tools.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
