Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage prospects across targeted industries (finance, telecom, technology).
FullCycle Sales: Manage the endtoend process from discovery to contract signing: needs analysis, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Client Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with Clevel leaders, CX heads, support managers, and IT stakeholders.
Product Evangelism: Clearly articulate and demonstrate Deepdesk’s AI solutions to technical and business audiences.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and implementation teams to align on messaging, onboarding, and account growth strategies.
Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
Market Feedback Share insights from customers to help shape product development and gotomarket strategies.
