Position: Senior Sales Executive -Staffing Solutions- (Fully Remote, US only)

Are you a hunter who thrives on closing deals and building lasting partnerships? Do you have 7+ years in professional staffing sales and the drive to dominate your market? If so, we want you on our client dynamic team.

Our Client is transforming the staffing industry with innovative solutions like Direct Hire Managed services, and tech driven Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing services. Were looking for a dynamic sales leader to capture new markets, win enterprise and mid-market clients, and expand its US footprint.

This is not a role for account managers and is not a recruitment poistion we need a fearless Sales and business development professionals who loves the chase, thrives under pressure, and celebrates every win.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Target and engage Fortune 1000 and mid-market decision-makers.
  • Lead the full sales process from prospecting to signed contracts and onboarding.
  • Navigate and influence complex buying decisions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Consistently smash sales targets and celebrate big wins.
  • Build genuine, high-value relationships that open doors.
  • Represent our client at select industry conferences.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of closing new business in professional staffing or managed services.
  • 7+ years selling staffing services in IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, or similar sectors.
  • Bonus points for 35 years selling RPO, MSP, or VMS solutions.
  • Strong network in the Talent Acquisition ecosystem and existing enterprise relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset you see opportunities where others see obstacles.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Bachelors degree is disirable or equivalent experience.
  • Based in the US and comfortable traveling occasionally.
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
