THE ROLE
Thrive Market’s Product Management team is looking for a highly quantitative, strategic, and technical Senior Product Manager to lead efforts related to our cart, checkout, postorder, tracking, and selfservice flows. The ideal candidate is a fullstack PM – comfortable and experienced in both optimizing the user experience for conversion improvements as well as working on vendor API integrations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute product strategies to optimize our members’ experience in the purchase and postpurchase steps of their journey.
Constantly identify opportunities to reduce friction in the order path and improve order conversion rates, and optimize average order value (AOV).
Work crossfunctionally with engineering, design, analytics, and partner teams to bring these strategies to life across all platforms—desktop, mobile web, and native apps.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to optimize the postorder tracking experience.
Collaborate closely with the member services team to improve automated selfservice capabilities.
Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisionmaking, test hypotheses, and execute AB testing to enhance the member experience. Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of your initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior to inform product enhancements that keep Thrive Market competitive.
Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure business needs are translated into actionable product requirements, creating measurable deliverables that drive business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of product management experience, with experience in both backendtools and frontend of Ecommerce
Demonstrated experience in creating, communicating, and executing product roadmaps
Proven track record of successfully launching, measuring, and iterating on features
Strong expertise in datadriven decisionmaking, including AB testing and user behavior analysis
Experience with API integrations, internally or vendors
Excellent collaboration skills and experience working closely with crossfunctional teams such as engineering, merchandising, and marketing
Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Deep empathy for the customer journey and an affinity for Thrive Market’s mission to bring affordable, healthy products to all members
Experience optimizing an ecommerce funnel is preferred
Experience implementing and optimizing selfservice chat tools is a plus
Experience with online grocery is a plus
Experience with our main tools – JIRA, Amplitude, Figma– is a plus
