Job description

• Manage accounts receivable, including timely and accurate invoicing

• Handle accounts payable, including bill processing and vendor payments

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

• Monitor and respond promptly to emails sent to the accounts inbox

• Maintain and organize the accounts email inbox for efficiency and follow-up

• Utilize Google Workspace tools effectively, with a focus on financial operations

• Demonstrate strong team management skills with a collaborative and results-driven approach
