We are seeking a highly skilled Government Bid & SEO Content Writer to join our team. This hybrid role combines strategic bid writing for government contracts with creative, SEOdriven content creation to strengthen our online presence and win new business opportunities.


The ideal candidate will excel at crafting compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals for government bids while also producing highquality, SEOoptimized content for our digital platforms. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to create persuasive proposals, engaging blog posts, website copy, and other content that reflects our brand voice and drives measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Bid Writing & Proposal Management

  • Lead the creation of persuasive and compliant responses to RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, and other government solicitations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate, relevant information for bids.
  • Edit and proofread bid content for clarity, compliance, and impact.
  • Maintain organized records of all bid submissions, deadlines, and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, technical, and financial requirements.
  • Contribute to improving bid processes, templates, and content libraries.

    • SEO Content Writing & Digital Marketing

      • Write original, engaging, and keywordoptimized content for blogs, website pages, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
      • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and drive traffic.
      • Develop content for multiple platforms: social media captions, video scripts, speeches, email campaigns, and whitepapers.
      • Manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent, timely content publication.
      • Analyze content performance metrics and optimize for engagement, conversions, and user experience.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business goals and promotional campaigns.
      • Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and a professional, authentic voice.

        • Qualifications

          Required:

          • 2+ years of proven experience in bid writing, proposal writing, or government contract submissions.
          • 5+ years of professional experience in content writing and SEO optimization (preferably for SaaS or language services).
          • Native or nearnative English writing skills (C1C2 level).
          • Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive text.
          • Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and style.
          • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

            • Preferred:

              • Experience in the language services industry.
              • Familiarity with SurferSEO or similar SEO tools.
              • Understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
              • Experience with content marketing strategy, social media, and basic graphic or video editing.
