Job description

What is the job?

Do you love turning data into strategy and strategy into measurable results?

As our Pricing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial performance for underperforming, rotating, and newly renovated theatres—especially those facing fresh competition. You’ll use hypothesis-led test-and-learn experiments, execute full pricing strategies, and conduct comprehensive diagnostics to uncover opportunities and optimize results.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with General Managers, theatre operations teams, and strategy leadership to bring data-driven solutions to life. Whether you’re refining dynamic pricing models, monitoring market trends, or presenting insights that shape future strategy, your expertise will help us deliver the right price at the right time—every time.

What will you be doing?

  • You will develop and execute smart, market-responsive pricing strategies—leveraging dynamic models, competitive analysis, and testing to maximize revenue and audience engagement.
  • You will uncover actionable insights from performance data, identifying opportunities, diagnosing challenges, and turning findings into strategies that boost commercial success.
  • You will bring pricing strategies to life by managing tools, implementing programs, and providing clear guidance that ensures seamless execution across theatres.
  • You will translate complex data into clear dashboards and reports, giving leaders the visibility they need to make confident, informed decisions.

About you

  • You will have studied economics, finance, business, or statistics and had experience with pricing, commercial strategies or analytics
  • You’ll bring a hypothesis-driven mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a collaborative approach, along with the ability to influence effectively across functions
  • You will have experience working with excel, SQL, and Tableau/Power BI
  • You’ll have strong skills in data aggregation, ratio calculation, and KPI development, with the ability to analyze complex data issues, troubleshoot failures, and deliver clean datasets reliably.
  • You will be a great fit, if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire. Read more about them here - About us
