The team youll be joining and impact youll have

• Join a highperforming but newly formed team of six as the handson technical leader who coaches while delivering strategic deals.

• Own endtoend technical scoping on major accounts while scaling repeatable solutions across the entire FDE team

• Drive detailed and efficient presale turnarounds and healthy postsale pipelines that fuel company growth.

• Balance 2030% handson delivery with mentoring that raises the bar on team standards and capabilities

  What youll be doing from day one:

  • Build and present workflow solutions combining prompt engineering, data pipelines, and multimodal AI to solve customer problems like image recognition and document processing

  • Coach an FDE team through technical reviews, playbook creation, and output validation while delivering your own highimpact projects

  • Own presale scoping and SOW validation to accelerate deals, plus drive postsale delivery that generates ongoing opportunities per account

  • Partner with Product and Engineering on integrations, triage complex issues, and juggle up to five concurrent projects across timezones

  • 
    Who you are

    • Playercoach with a background of Solutions or Forward Deployed Engineering and 2+ years of coaching small teams

    • Ideally you will have deep LLM expertise: API integration, prompt engineering, RAG, SFT—youve scoped complex AI projects recently.

    • Strong Python skills with production demo experience, plus MLops and cloud deployment knowledge.

    • Natural communicator who builds opportunity pipelines with AEs and presents to all stakeholder levels
