Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling LILT’s engineering organization by attracting toptier talent in a fastpaced, highquality environment. This role blends autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong collaboration. You’ll report directly to our Chief People Officer and be based in San Francisco, with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Wed inoffice).
