Job description

Two Chairs is building a new kind of mental health system based on the idea that the status quo isn’t good enough. Industry-best clinician experiences, better client outcomes, groundbreaking innovation, and access to the highest quality care are how we’ll raise the bar for the entire industry. With that, we're excited and honored to have been recognized as a 2025 Great Place to Work, 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces in the Bay Area, and 2024 Inc.’s Best in Business

One of our company values is "Embrace Differences" and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are the principles guiding how we build our business and teams. We encourage interested candidates from all backgrounds to apply even if they don't think they meet some expectations of the role.

About the Role

The Physician Relations Manager (PRM) role is built for someone who is looking to improve access to in-network psychotherapy by partnering with other providers in the healthcare ecosystem in Orlando, FL. PRMs act as the ‘face’ of Two Chairs in the region, educating physicians about Two Chairs, building trust in our services, and ultimately getting providers to refer their patients to Two Chairs.

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Two Chairs’ relationships with referring providers in your territory by leading outreach initiatives in-person and asynchronous mediums to drive referral growth. You’ll bring our therapists into physician offices to educate providers on the diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care around mental illnesses like depression and anxiety. PRMs spend the majority of their time in the field in physician offices and will occasionally travel outside of their territory to build referral relationships in nearby markets.

This role will be field-based in the area of your residence, with travel by car to local providers 5 days of the week. Must be based in the greater Orlando, FL area.

Core Areas of Responsibility

  • Grow referral volume to Two Chairs by building relationships with physicians in the market and by building awareness and trust in our services
  • Engage referrers throughout their lifecycle with Two Chairs, conducting outreach in-person, via phone, SMS, and email
  • Regularly visit 15-30 physician practices per week to build inroads with referring providers and administrators
  • Coordinate and lead ‘lunch and learns’ with physicians to educate providers on our services, bringing Two Chairs clinicians to share clinical insights
  • Deliver patient reports to referring physicians to keep them updated on referred patients
  • Collect referring clinician feedback and gather themes and insights to share with the team to improve partner and patient experience, documenting outcomes and insights in Salesforce
  • Attend local marketing events and conferences to represent Two Chairs
  • Identify areas to deepen our relationships with high volume referring partners and execute on initiatives with support from the provider partnerships team
  • Responsively support referring partners when patient escalations and questions arise
