About the Role

We are looking for an Accountant (APARXero) to join our client’s finance team. You will play a key role in managing the financial operations across several entities ensuring data accuracy, compliance with tax regulations, and timely financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who has advanced knowledge of Xero and experience with multientity companies.

Work hours: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM PH time

Work setup: Remote

What you’ll do

Manage the finance inbox and address financial and administrative inquiries promptly.
Record, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation in Xero, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Oversee and execute payments to suppliers and other financial obligations, managing both payables and receivables effectively.
Perform reconciliations of payments and receipts in Xero, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected.
Assist the accounting team with monthend closing, tax filings, and ensuring overall compliance with tax regulations.
