About The Role
The Bid Coordinator is responsible for supporting the estimating team by managing bid documents, organizing proposal submissions, and coordinating deadlines. This role ensures that all bids are submitted accurately and on time, working closely with project managers, estimators, and clients to gather required information. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills areessential.

Bid Preparation and Submission:

  • Lead the coordination and preparation of bid packages and proposals for various construction projects.

  • Ensure that all RFP’s are submitted internally in a timely manner and in compliance with the requirements set out in the request for proposal (RFP) documents.

    • Document Management:

      • Manage and organize all bid documents, including RFPs, technical specifications, drawings, and other related documents.

      • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the submission guidelines.

        • Team Coordination:

          • Work closely with the project manager, estimators and other team members to gather necessary information, to facilitate the preparation of comprehensive bids.

          • Independently manage the workload calendar of your assigned region.

          • Extremely organized and meet workload demand and goals.

          • Tracking all customer contacts, bidding the same project for the estimator to send bids to.
