PMS Deployment Project Manager Hospitality Technology (Spain)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager to lead the implementation of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) across a portfolio of hotels in the Americas or EAME regions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth system deployments by planning, coordinating, and executing all stages of the rollout from configuration and training to go-live and post-implementation support.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to coordinate across multiple time zones, and proven experience managing complex, multi-property hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tools and processes to manage multiple hotel deployment projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with regional and corporate teams to align project timelines with other business initiatives.
  • Create, manage, and communicate training and onboarding schedules for each property.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership to determine training needs, secure resources, and coordinate with global vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system vendors and training partners.
  • Design and implement a consistent deployment strategy to ensure quality and efficiency across all projects.
  • Maintain and update training materials as needed.
  • Oversee day-to-day team workloads, proactively resolving potential risks and bottlenecks.
  • Support the training and professional development of team members.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of diverse hotel management experience in operations.
  • Hands-on experience with PMS and CRS platforms (Opera Cloud or similar), as well as sales and revenue systems.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-wave, multi-property technology rollouts.
  • Experience working across multiple hotel brands or regions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Education

  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field or equivalent experience in a major hotel management environment.
