Title: Marketing Manager, Strategic Clients and Segment Growth
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months


The Marketing Manager will partner with cross functional partners and key client managers to develop and execute engagement strategies that drive consumer adoption across the spectrum of Client Health's service offerings. This role will focus on making an impact by unlocking revenue growth while driving member engagement and advancing client relationships by delivering on key initiatives to delight clients.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with client managers to consult on marketing best practices and revenue drivers related to various telehealth and chronic care product offerings. Initial focus will be on our primary care product with expansion of others to follow.
  • Work with channel owners and internal marketing counterparts to operationalize engagement strategies
  • Work within strategic framework to support custom client requests, identify trends and collaborate with product and creative on overarching optimizations
  • Support internal cross-functional projects alongside product and data science to deliver targeted consumer campaigns and consumer experience enhancements
  • Become a consumer engagement subject matter expert to internal product, sales, and account teams as well as external clients
  • Track and document the success of client specific campaigns, glean insights/learnings that can be applied to other clients and report them out to senior leadership
  • Partner collaboratively across the team to offer white glove engagement strategies that can benefit and be operationalized for several key clients
Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of Consumer marketing experience is required; B2B2C experience is a plus, but not required
  • An independent self-starter who has a strategic and flexible mindset and can lead with minimal oversight and when directional changes occur
  • Ability to develop deep relationships and partner with internal cross functional partners and who is very comfortable with presentations and interfacing with clients
  • Ability to creatively problem solve to meet ongoing business and marketing challenges with appropriate solutions
  • Strong analytical skills combined with basic Excel knowledge to be able to make assumptions, create projections, and calculate basic data trends
  • Storytelling skills that will enable you to leverage data and insights to tell the 'why' and the 'wow' story most effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborative working style with positive attitude and enthusiasm for expanding access to health care and working with a team that continues to innovate in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record driving towards growth goals with set targets and timelines
  • Independent thinker who can lead with minimal oversight and breakdown problems, assess opportunity, and develop big ideas and priorities to move them forward
  • Excels at managing time and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who may not be a fire fighter, but they stay calm under pressure and find creative solutions to meet client's needs in a compressed timeline
Additional Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Confident presentation and group speaking abilities
