Were now looking for a Vice President of Strategy and Operations to join our global team.

Reporting to the CFOCOO, youll be at the heart of our operations, taking the lead on everything from annual planning to crossfunctional execution. Youll be the connective tissue of our organisation, ensuring every team is aligned, every strategy is executed, and every opportunity for growth is seized.

What youll be doing
  • Lead on our operational rhythm. Own and evolve our companywide operational cadence, including monthly and quarterly business reviews and the annual planning cycle. You’ll be the one ensuring were always on track to hit our goals.
  • Champion the execution of companywide strategic initiatives. Youll track progress, identify risks, and remove roadblocks, all while keeping executive leadership informed with clear, datadriven reports.
  • Oversee and enhance the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards that provide realtime visibility into our performance. Youll partner with leaders across the company to ensure were making datadriven decisions and optimising our efficiency.
  • Youll act as the central point of contact between departments like Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. You’ll translate highlevel goals into actionable plans, owning key transformation programs that improve our processes and systems.
  • Lead and mentor a small, highperforming team dedicated to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and bias for action.

  • Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional teams and scaling operational systems in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven ability to run executivelevel cadences and operating models.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with handson experience in performance tracking, metrics, and dashboarding.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics, financial drivers, and customer lifecycle analytics
  • At Matillion, we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level and country. This role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is £150,300 £183,700. This role is eligible for participation in our corporate bonus plan. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
