OPERADOR DE ATENDIMENTO I - SAC INDÚSTRIA

PRÉ-REQUISITOS

•Formação: Ensino médio completo, desejávelsuperior ou tecnólogo cursando;

•Conhecimento Técnico: Pacote Office; Conhecimento básico sobre instalações de equipamentos em veículos (som automotivo, alarmes, vidros elétricos) etc.

Atribuições do cargo: Realizar suporte por telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail a instalação, manutenção e retirada de dispositivos de som, alarmes, travas, módulos de vidro, tacógrafos e demais acessórios automotivos comercializados pela Pósitron.

Horário de trabalho: Das 11:40 às 18:00 horas, de segunda à sexta-feira e aos sábados das 08:00 às 14:20 horas.

Local de Trabalho: Home office, exceto em dia de treinamento e ou reuniões.
