Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Security Communications and Operations (SCO) team. This role will be based in Poland and is part of our broader strategy to expand operational excellence across our global security footprint. The coordinator will help drive execution of key initiatives, manage cross-functional workflows, and ensure timely delivery of security-related programs.Job Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track progress on multiple concurrent projects across security communications, enablement, and operations.
Support planning and execution of team-wide initiatives, including offsites, quarterly planning, and cross-functional reviews.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates; ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Partner with team leads to identify blockers, escalate risks, and drive resolution.
Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards.
Facilitate recurring team meetings, including agenda development, note-taking, and action item follow-up.
Collaborate with global stakeholders across security, engineering, and business operations.
Minimum qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations—preferably in a security, technology, or communications environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with distributed teams.
Experience supporting security or technical teams is a plus.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
104 000 and 156 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
