About the Role:

Vice President, Impact Assessment & Data Analytics

We are seeking a dynamic, future-forward leader to steer the next generation of IIX’s data strategy, impact verification, and analytics infrastructure. As Vice President, you will drive the evolution of IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™, including the conceptualization and launch of the Orange Index™—a pioneering benchmark that measures a country’s gender equality and climate action through SME operations.

This role will bridge the worlds of impact data, technology, and client advisory, combining AI integration, ESG frameworks, and practical insights to power IIX’s work in shaping inclusive economies.

Core Responsibilities

A. Data Innovation & Index Development

• Spearhead the development of the Orange Index™, leveraging IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ data to synthesize SME impact, macroeconomic trends, and AI-generated insights.
• Design and oversee the analytics engine that aggregates and visualizes real-time indicators of gender and climate action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure index robustness, transparency, and replicability across markets.

B. Platform Leadership: IIX Values™ & IIX Intelligence™

• Lead the evolution and scaling of our proprietary digital platforms for impact assessment and data analytics.
• Integrate AI and machine learning to enhance data interpretation, predictive analytics, and visualization.
• Oversee architecture, UI/UX optimization, and seamless interoperability with global ESG frameworks (e.g., SDG, GRI, TCFD, TNFD, SASB).

C. Strategic Growth & Partnerships

• Build institutional partnerships with DFIs, donors, fintechs, and policymakers to scale adoption of IIX Values™ and Orange-aligned data solutions.
• Drive engagement with ESG data platforms, government stakeholders, and corporate clients to recognize and apply IIX data products.
• Ensure that all tools and indices meet regulatory, investor, and market needs.

D. ESG and Impact Assessment for Clients Using IIX Values™

• Oversee ESG and impact advisory services for corporate, financial institution, and government clients using the IIX Values™ platform.
• Customize impact frameworks and indicators aligned with each client’s industry, value chain, and sustainability objectives.
• Generate in-depth data-driven reports and dashboards for clients to meet disclosure requirements, inform ESG strategy, and track performance.
• Support the use of IIX Values™ in Orange Bond and Orange Sukuk applications, ensuring rigorous, real-time monitoring and outcome measurement.

E. Team Leadership & Capacity Building

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, software engineers, impact analysts, and product managers.
• Develop internal capacity in AI tools, data ethics, and responsible tech for social finance.
• Champion a culture of transparency, agility, and learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• An advanced degree in Data Science, Public Policy, Economics, Technology, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, ESG or impact measurement, tech platform development, or sustainability consulting.
• Proven leadership in designing and scaling tech-enabled solutions with social impact.
• Proficiency in AI, data visualization, and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with ESG and SDG-aligned reporting frameworks and financial inclusion landscapes.
• Experience working in emerging markets, especially South and Southeast Asia.
