Meet the team: 

Our Operational Excellence (OpEx) Team is leading the charge in transforming how we work and deliver value across the organization. OpEx leads global and regional transformation initiatives, including driving continuous improvement, Lean management, citizen development, and process development programs that streamline operations, empower employees, and deliver sustainable, measurable impact aligned with strategic business goals. 

 

Where you come in:

  • You will lead Process Improvement Initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality across departments.

  • You will use data-driven approaches to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.

  • You will support cross-functional teams by teaching continuous improvement and operational management methodologies and fostering a culture of excellence. 

  • You will develop and roll out standardized procedures and frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • You will be working with projects and initiatives impacting Dexcom colleagues globally. 

  • You will provide expertise and guidance on process management and development, operational management and technology implementation 

What makes you successful:

  • You have hands-on experience in process management, operational management and lean.

  • You have a solid understanding of Lean, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar practices.

  • You have proven experience with management consulting, business processes, data analysis and / or project management.

  • You have strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as multiple deliverables.

  • You have ability to lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings that produce valuable insights and drive action.

  • You have an analytical mindset and are skilled at problem-solving, presenting solutions to various stakeholders clearly and effectively. 

  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, making complex concepts easy to understand.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of project management experience in a global organization.

Flex Workplace:

  • Your primary location will be an office, based in Vilnius. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,258.33 to €4,025.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
